As per your subscription, the total number of families and total members within each are subjected to your plan limit. You may cross your plan limit when you :-

• Create a family with too many members
• Downgrade your plan
• Cancel your plan

To fix this issue, you can try these tips :-

• Upgrade your plan
• Delete some members from the Members screen
